Students will know and use appropriate computer and network etiquette and ethics.

Performance Indicators Assessment Strategies

K-2 learn and use the proper rules of computer and network etiquette

• (K) learn rules of etiquette for working on the computer

• (1) practice and use rules of etiquette for working on the computer

• (2) use proper etiquette around the computer (no food or drink, access only appropriate sites, etc.)

• (K-2) adhere to the Computer and Network Use Agreement

K-2 explain the importance of technology as a tool and how it influences their lives

• (1) recognize some use for the Internet and e-mail
